Air Industries Group, Inc. (the “Company” or “AIRI”) is a Long Island based company in the aerospace and defense industry with three (3) Long Island operating subsidiaries: Air Industries Machining Corp (“AIM”), Nassau Tool Works, Inc. (“NTW”) and Welding Metallurgy Inc. (“WMI”). AIRI manufactures complex structural parts, assemblies and (flight safety) components for the aerospace industry, including landing gear, arresting gear, engine mounts, flight controls. The Company also provides metallic aerostructure fabrications, ground support equipment, fuel/oil tanks, tube bending and welding services. AIRI's products are currently deployed on a wide range of military and commercial aircraft platforms including the Sikorsky UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter, Sikorsky CH-53K Heavy Lift helicopter, Lockheed Martin's F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, Northrop Grumman's E2D Advanced Hawkeye, Boeing's 777, F-16 Fighting Falcon and the F-18 Hornet fighter aircraft and Airbus' A-380 commercial airliners.
